So Ordnance Survey approached us at Northern Stroll after we won their #getoutsideday competition and asked if we'd like to do a blog post for their site.
After a bit of deliberation (read, none whatsoever), we decided to rail against the internet and the false perceptions given off by social media.
Very few people get to spend their entire working day outdoors, even less so doing the things they purport to do on Instagram. In fact, it is very easy to spend time outdoors having your own adventures whilst still working a 9-5 (exactly as we do).
